The property has an excellent location, just a short walk to the sea front, with ocean views. The room was very clean with en suite facilities. The host was not doing breakfast as slightly out of season, but provided a range of complimentary cereals and breakfast bars, as well as teas , coffee and hot chocolate.
Stairs to all rooms may be difficult for some people.

The breakfast was adequate but the cooked breakfast was very limited as to what was offered. Eggs only came fried!
Not really a lounge area it was actually the breakfast room.

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Most important in my opinion.
Shower, not possible to regulate the water....extremely hot or cold....15 mins trying to balance it...
Wiffi connection very weak
