Mega was the best when we needed assistance.
Our first room had cold showers, no kettle and intermittant wifi. The 2nd room had hot showers a kettle and no wifi. After the crowds left there was no fruit for breakfast. Limited tea and coffee at breakfast. The other tenants were a nightmare, partying until1am and not curbed. We told them to shush.

the room is spacious and you can add 2 more extra beds if travelling with family or friends and want to save money.
hot water for shower only available if only few people use it. in the morning when many guests were taking shower, dont ever expext you will get hot water. complaining about hot water was just wasting time with the staff. the floor in the shower box was broken and leaking, causing bathroom floor wet and sliperry. the floor drainage in the shower box might be clocked making the water didnot flow fast from the drainage.
the color of blanket cover and pillow cover were white but instead looks grey. Bath towel provided in my room has burn hole from ironing (i guess) so I asked for new one that is clean. I just dont understand how come hotel uses torn towel for their guests.
