Gorgeous location, nestled under Sněžka right next to a creek (which sounded lovely through my rooms window. Staff were lovely, and the restaurant was exceptional.
The car park was a challenge for an Australian in a car that has the wheel on the wrong side 🤣. Very tight fit!

Location is fantastic.
There is no cleaning service. Nobody changes the towels. No black-out curtains, so when the sun comes out, you can not sleep anymore. Shower - it was possible to shower in hot or cold water only. No other temperature adjustments possible. There is little or no sound isolation between the rooms and a hall, therefore you live together with all other guests. :-)
Breakfast - this was just a terrible. The eggs - cheapest, ham - cheapest, cheese - cheapest, juice - cheepest. It is unfortunate these days, that the hotel does not provide at least standard quality breakfast. The price difference is not too big between low quality and standard food. One would expect a solid breakfast in the mountain hotel, which is family run.
