Great location right next to the lift to Sněžka mountain. Cozy and modern rooms. Very clean.
The breakfast was a disappointment. The staff left some cheese and ham in the fridge and bread on the table. There were some eggs on the pan but just a little bit since there were a lot of other guests. Personally I would rather not to offer any breakfast since it was not at an expected standard that usually hotels have. I recommend visiting local bakery for breakfast instead.
Also the mattress had an ultra soft top layer so I woke up with a back pain.

Skvělé vychozí místo na túry,hezké a dobře vybavené ubytování,snídaně na pokoji,pokoj se saunou(skvělá regenerace po náročném výšlapu v soukromí),parkování v ceně u objektu
Opravdu nic......snad jen trochu upravit parkoviště a lépe označit parkovací místo k pokoji

Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch. Man kommt über schöne, kurze Wanderwege schnell in den Ort. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Mein Sohn war begeistert vom großen Flachbildschirm😇. Das Frühstück war gut organisiert. Wir haben es genossen, auf dem Zimmer essen zu können. Der Self Check-In hat super geklappt, ebenso die Kommunikation über E-Mail. Egal welche Frage, es kam zügig eine Antwort. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist sehr praktisch.
Vielleicht kann man die Parkplätze irgendwie noch etwas besser kennzeichnen/abgrenzen. Es sind genügend Parkplätze da, aber wenn einer falsch steht, dann verschiebt sich alles und das hat am vorletzten Tag schon für etwas Verwirrung gesorgt, da man sich nur auf seinen gekennzeichneten Parkplatz stellen soll.
