The room was comfortable, with good en suite and large bed. The breakfast included a good choice of hot and cold buffet food.

There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room but drinks could be obtained from the bar downstairs and taken to the room, so this was not a major issue.

Atmosphere and the location was good but quie. Being close to the train and bus station makes this hotel more attractive. Most importantly, there was a diverse range of breakfast which was delicious and fresh.

Comfort of the bed and the pillows was really bad for sleeping tightly and the room ha a bad smell which we couldn’t identify.

I liked everything, the design, the excellent service, the breakfast.

The entire hotel was outstanding.the staffs were so friendly and nice and the variety of their breakfast was awesome.Theres a plenty of space for your car to park and kids friendly.

I like everything. There was no such things to hate about the hotel...

Tbh, I liked only breakfast, and a very polite staff.

1. Hotel itself is outside the "zone" for all renting vehicals, so I needed to pay taxi a lot of money or to wait a stupid bus, bcs there is no Metro/Train nearby. 2. Enterior of the room (and in the hotel it self-coridors, etc.) is terrible, a lot of scratches on the walls, burned carpet on many places (or it was some kind of the mall) but on some places you can clearly see the spaces in the carpet like holls. 3. Lamp on the left side of the bed was splitten, lower part was missing and the power lines were striking out, and the lamp was working so power cables had actual power so someone can be dead in case of touching by accident). 4. From the ventilation thing, righ above the shower, was comming out some kind of black mold or something, it was ugly on the eye. 5. The smell in the room. This was the most afull smell that I experienced in my life. I do ot know if this was something that the y use for cleaning the room or whatever, I cound not stand there more than an hour withoout oppening windows.

The hotel is beautiful, so close to the canal for walking and driving to brussels / antwerp is so easy

toilettes design not efficient, shower in one corner and other part of toilette in another side, very big room and roof for little heating and in winter it was freezing. the choice of the table in the wall is low cost and very bad drawing. very ugly drawing.
