A hotel set in the 80's. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
I think you should lose your 3 stars. It exceeds customers expectations.

Staff were very welcoming and also efficient and helpful.
Not the fault of the property but the road from town to the hotel is in terrible shape - potholes are more than dangerous they are so bad.

The room and surroundings were clean and neat. It is very peaceful and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay.
The gravel road to get to the Manderson was not in a good condition, due to the rain.
