Det var roligt. Faciliteterne var gode. Personalet var super søde og serviceminded …. Også mere end hvad der kan forventes. Af et all inklusive hotel synes vi, at det var rigtig godt.

-Staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Anastasia -good variety of food and it tastes well -rooms and the whole hotel are clean, fresh towels every day -only a 2 min walk to the beach, there is also a pool bar there -it’s a fine pebble beach and in the water sand -bus stop directly in front of the hotel, to Chania one way 1,60€ -many shops (souvenir) nearby

Village: Nice but nothing exceptional, I've stayed in many 4-star hotels and found no substantial differences. (Thumbs up) Restaurants/Swimming pool: apart from the main restaurant which can be accessed once and is very good, the restaurant with buffet has good quality products but is not very varied and poorly stocked (a few main foods that alternate every day). The pool bar is also poorly stocked in terms of snacks (not adequate for a 5-star hotel). Note of merit for those who are lovers: the desserts (very good). The staff in the restaurants and the swimming pool are all very kind and nice. (Thumbs up)

I start by saying that this review is for the Solimar Aquamarina because two days before arrival they contacted me saying that due to overbooking problems I can't stay with them but fortunately they immediately found me an alternative in another hotel (the Solimar Aquamarina in fact) of the same chain with a one-star upgrade (5*) but without one thing that was important to us: an Adults Only structure. I had booked the property 6 months in advance and this was the result. (thumbs down) Rooms: we were in two in a family junior suite, the space was considerable but the terrace on the ground floor was completely without a bulkhead therefore Zero privacy (impossible) and the apartment was very dark. Ancillary and connected services nothing to report, good cleaning. (thumbs down) The sea in front of the village can be reached in 4 minutes on foot and is not worth the trip (thumbs down)

Good hospitality, kindness, and sincerity in dealing as if you were among your friends and family who love you. The location is excellent, close to bars, the market, and the bus stop to the city center, and the food is good and varied. The hotel manager, Anna, is an angel from heaven. She treats customers with kindness, love, and kindness. She is professional and experienced, Anastasia from the reception is more than wonderful and so are all the staff, thanks to them.

Great central location. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Good variety of good quality food - excellent value for money Especially liked the beach wing area.

not much hot water, possibly because the weather wasn't too good while we were there if it is heated by solar power

The staff in this hotel were so lovely and friendly - after moving to this hotel after a bad experience at our previous hotel, they did an amazing job at making sure we had a special stay. The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings.

The pool is a little bit grubby and could do with a good clean before the next season starts! I will also say the Pool bar played the same music every night so we were getting sick of certain songs by day 4. It would be great if they could find a better playlist that catered for all guests.
