The room was decent, clean. We had a good view of the front road. I had terrible allergies because of the linen though - I forgot to ask that I need my linen to be without fabric conditioner (MY BAD!).
I should have parked outside the property, the basement parking was too steep, and the corners are quite challenging to navigate. Park at your own (sanity) risk!

Breakfast was a good addition to the rate. COmpared to other hotels nearby, the rate is similar but only they have breakfast included
A lot of interns at the front desk. I think there were about 12 or more when we checked out and they were being noisy the whole time. Also, a lot of interns for housekeeping. This affects the quality of service.
