Almost everything, value for money. Simple but good/effective breakfast. Strategically located in heart of Butterworth.

Generally satisfactory ie room clean & comfortable although air-con was a bit noisy.
Price paid through booking.com was higher than the hotel printed promotional rate, felt disappointed
No food shops within walking distance of the hotel so had to go out by car
