The location of the hotel in the heart of the old colonial quarter of George Town, the friendly and helpful staff, the comfort of the room and the big choice of good quality products at breakfast.
Roadworks / building work ongoing on the road of the hotel - but it didn't cause us any inconvinience

The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. In addition to the buffet, you could choose a main dish and have it freshly prepared, which was a nice touch.
I would definitely stay here again if I visit Penang in the future.
