I loved the outside city fibe, while beeing so close in the centre. The entire house was so peaceful and the staff was just so respectful and would provide anything to just asked. So the atmosphere was what really drew me in. In the morning you wake from a natural light softly beaming through wooden panels, hearing the soft vocalization of the locals and kids across the street. Making you feel like a local, not a tourist in the classic hotel room up floor nr. 28 out of the world. I would recommend it to all, down to earth, slow passed living guest who enjoy their peace and serenity.

The room was very nice, and we also really liked the guesthouse as a whole. It had a cozy atmosphere and a good location. Breakfast was okay: fruit, two roti, lentil soup, and coffee or tea for the local breakfast option. It was the same every day, but since we only stayed for two nights, that didn’t bother us.
Unfortunately, the end of our stay was not quite as pleasant due to a misunderstanding with the owner regarding the laundry costs. Also, when it rained, the roof was not fully watertight and water leaked in in several places.

Cool looking room and a very friendly lady
The noise from the street is unbearable if you are in the room facing the street. This has to be more clearly communicated or advertised to guests when they are considering this hotel on booking.com.
