Room size is spacious, clean. Pillows & mattress are comfortable . Location is at downtown and very convenient without a car.

This is a beautiful property. We stayed in a suite, which was incredible. A huge set of rooms with beautiful furniture. Really a special place to stay.

Beautiful heritage property ,Fantastic location in the heart of Georgetown, spacious family suite , and very responsive staff catering to requirements within minutes.
I don’t think the housekeeping cleaned the room/ bathroom properly every day and just made the beds and emptied the bins. i had to request for the floors to be vacuumed on one of the days as the floor looked dirty. For the amount they charged for the room i would expect more stringent housekeeping standards. Considering it was off season i did think the property was slightly over priced especially as the room tariff didn’t even include breakfast.

We stayed in a Terrace Suite. The building is a converted hotel from an old historical house. It's a nice experience from a historical perspective, but not very modern so go with that mindset. Felt preserved old. Not modernized old. The Terrace Suite is located on a second floor. Stairs only.
The location is walking distance to many of George Town's historical sites.
We are not history buffs and felt that it could have a little more modern touches. But I guess that would raise the price of stay. The price is fair for what you get.
