The location.
TV channels were terrible. Really nothing to watch. For a hotel of this standard, expected more.

Room was amazing, and exactly as shown on Booking.com. club benefits were well worth the expense. Canapes and drinks were fantastic, multiple options for breakfast, and exclusive use of lounge area with drinks near the pool
The first night was not good - there was a wedding beneath us in a function room, and the loud music reverberated into the night in our room, making this very unsatisfactory for sleep. We did ask about this with reception, and they were unwilling/unable to accommodate a change, stating that it would be over by 11pm. Disappointing for such a premium room.
