Convenient location for ferry terminal (walking distance) and distance to local hotspots
Minor inconvenience not having full day F&B facilities (or after hours room service). Nothing major as there is an excellent cafe across the street and a small convenience shop in the same block

We booked it for the location, as we have a ferry to catch and it's a few minutes walking distance to the ferry terminal. It's close to the famous Chew Jetty, Penang State Museum and Fort Cornwallis. It has almost everything you need for a short stay and the air conditioner was powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The floor was sticky and they didn't provide us any indoor slippers, so we have to wear our socks.

Convenient location and very central to main areas of Georgetown.
The room was not very clean. Floors were sticky and housekeeping kept on forgetting to top up the body wash in the shower. There is mold and grime on the shower doors and window. The buffet breakfast did not have much of a variety and was boring. Would recommend to skip buffet breakfast here and go outside to have better Penang breakfast.
