The hotel is impeccably clean and well-presented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which my husband particularly appreciated. I certainly look forward to the possibility of staying here again.
I experienced significant noise disturbance from traffic throughout the night due to my room's location facing the main road, and I also found the bathroom door to be somewhat difficult to open.

Not our first stay at the Mews, but we keep going back as it's such a gem of a hotel. Set in easy walking distance of Ossett, but you don't need to venture out as everything you need is here. Welcoming staff, great food and drink, lovely well decorated rooms. Plus dog friendly which is handy when our Dachshund needs to join in!

The room was quiet and had its own entrance, which was a plus.
Parking was easy too.
The bathroom had a walk in shower, which was good, but there were unfortunately no grab rails anywhere.
Handy location for transport routes.
The room felt small for a superior room and the bedside lights were very inadequate for reading in bed.
The double bed wasn’t terribly comfortable.
Breakfast was adequate, but far from a traditional English breakfast. Nor was it a continental one.
Plain yogurt not offered - just sweetened ones.
