Estrutura muito boa, localização excelente, instalações confortaveis e café da manhã muito bom.
A televisão da Suíte que eu fiquei não era intuitiva, muito dificil de encontrar canais favoritos, acredito que o sistema de TV deveria ser mais simples, e ainda, não houve reposição do frigobar no dia em que não pedimos limpesa do quarto, deveria ser encarado como dois pontos distintos: a não necessidade de limpeza não deve interferir na reposição do frigobar.

The hotel staff is very attentive and personable. The breakfast was excellent. And the location is perfect for walking the main square to enjoy the shops and restaurants.
The elevator needs serious maintenance and the beds were way too hard for me (but just a personal preference).

Excellent Location
Got trapped in the elevator twice and the elevator got broken 2 more times (in a 2 night stay). Jacuzzi showed error messages twice. Whole building with no power for a couple of minutes on the first day, staff informed that there is APU but they couldn’t say why it didn’t work, they just kept blaming public energy company.
Breakfast staff could not handle busy hour refill buffet. Reception staff is not prepared to deal with unexpected situations. Need more training. Hotel need more maintenance.
Definitely not worth the money
$$$$
