Our room was exceptional and we had a lovely view from our balcony of Mt Vesuvius. We stayed at this location just to visit Herculaneum which was a short walk away. We relaxed at the pool for rest of afternoon and enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant! Everything was lovely and easy

Large garden
Basic. Run down location. Far from railway station. Do not offer complimentary pickup and drop off. You are either ready to drag your baggage’s thru cobblestone paved roads for 1.3km or book for your own taxi.

Converted beautiful former wine merchant's villa in lovely peaceful grounds with an outdoor pool . 25 minutes from Naples airport . Good breakfast options.
Booked last minute and probably got the last available room as there was a wedding/ reception that night. The room was in the eaves of a modern part of the hotel and was pretty basic with just a skylight . It was clean and comfortable and served its purpose but quite noisy that night due to the wedding revellers ! Due to its structure and setting the hotel caters for functions so this is to be expected.
Also the pre arranged early breakfast did not transpire.

Most of the staff was nice. The restaurant was good.
Air conditioner would time out and cut off so the room never got cool enough.
There was no fan to circulate the air so we purchased one from a local store to make it work.
Shower was small and didn’t have great water pressure and we ran out of hot water a few times.
