The location next to the ADO bus station we were leaving from was the reason we chose this hotel. Nice rooms, and a very nice rooftop terrace to enjoy a drink in the evening.
Staff wasn't very friendly, they were all very formal and stiff. Breakfast buffet was supposed to start at 7am (important for us since we had a 7:30am bus), but it wasn't ready until 7:10. Location isn't close to anything except the ADO Las Brisas bus station.

We are from the area but stayed overnight when our power went out. We do travel around Mexico on a regular basis and this is one of the nicest hotels we have encountered. Large rooms with large bathrooms. It was the small things that were special... two bath towel holders, hand-held shower head, reading lights, etc. All for a very good price.
It would have been nice if the receptacles next to the beds had USB ports. Nothing else.
