Outstanding English Breakfast. Lovely staff
Bathroom needed updating. It was clean, but very small.

Really friendly and accommodating staff and a very comfy bed. Lovely full English in the morning. I ended up accidently leaving my Jacket behind and unable to collect, the staff were more than happy to pop it in the post for me and sent it home. You wouldn't get this kind of service at any of the big companies. Highly recommend

We enjoyed the breakfast.
The main (/centre) light bulb in the room wasn't working properly.. This wasn't a big deal & there were two bedside lights which were adequate for us.

Clean, well positioned. Lots of parking
Bed was too hard and pillows too flat for me and left my shoulders hurting
