I was impressed by the respectful and courteous way the reception staff treated us, and they were friendly.
The hotel is exceptionally clean in every detail, from reception to the rooms.

They sell view only without smile
Very disappointing stay – definitely overrated and not recommended
The hotel is extremely overrated. Unfortunately, the reception and staff were not welcoming or helpful at all, which made the overall experience very disappointing.
The room was extremely small and noisy, even though I booked a Junior Sea View Room. The lighting and air conditioning were also very uncomfortable.
The air conditioner takes around 10 minutes to start working after every power interruption. This happened at least 10 times during the day, which was extremely frustrating, especially since there is no other source of ventilation in the room apart from the air conditioner. Imagine being in a small room with no ventilation and having to wait 10 minutes for the AC to restart every time the electricity goes off.
There are also several unnecessary restrictions. Outside food is not allowed before 11 PM, and you are not allowed to bring or drink anything of your own at the pool.
Even something as simple as requesting ice for the room takes around 45 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable for a hotel.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The room was too small, noisy, the service was slow, the staff were not welcoming, and the hotel has too many restrictions that negatively affect the guest experience.
Definitely not recommended, especially considering the price and the expectations of a Junior Sea View booking.
