I loved the decor the cleanliness the food was amazing and halal for anyone looking for that kind of preference. Staff were amazing and friendly always happy to help. Always smiling no attitude given to guests over all everything was superb. Especially the young lady at the reception with strawberry blonde hair and her colleague lovely young ladies.

I loved Everything about this hotel! communication was always swift, the staff are always ready to help and kind all you just need to do is ask! Our room was Big and clean,my friend celebrated her birthday here and they surprised us with a decorated room and dinner, even breakfast by the pool! the location is also perfect! Few minutes away from Vlora city while still giving you that private vibe of a resort! we had airport pickup and Regina luxury cab on request to take us everywhere so we didn’t have to stress about booking a different taxi. Breakfast was delicious, there is lunch and diner if you want and it’s affordable, drinks were very affordable, There was also a live violinist playing on one of the nights when we stayed, truly a luxury 10/10 experience.
Nothing bad, they went over and beyond for us and we felt really welcomed here.

The location is great, just in front of the beach. The room was really good, and the outside area with the infinite pool is also very beautiful. The staff is friendly.
The food was very disappointing. I was expecting so much more from a 5-Star hotel. You can have lunch and dinner at reserved times, and outside those, you don't have any other options (as part of the all inclusive) aside from ice cream, and a small time in the afternoon for some snacks, that are also not good.
In the second day I was already thinking about eating outside, even with the all inclusive option, and I have ordered once a À La Carte option, that was also not good, to be honest.
Drinks were even worse. Although they were available all day, the quality of the drinks were very poor (again, considering a 5 Star Hotel). Low quality drinks in plastic cups, no beer available in the beach bar. Another down was the offering of non-alcoholic beverages, which was very, very limited. Only Cola (sometimes cola zero was not available), water and some very artificial juice.
Staff is friendly, but service is not good. For example, when you are in the pool area and want to order something, you need to go inside. No one will come to ask if you need something, if it's all good, etc. Ok for a regular hotel, but not for a 5 star. One day I wanted to grab a water at midnight, and there was no staff to be seen. I had to go to the dining area to get a water from a machine (in theory guests should not go to the dining area outside permitted times).
In the end, the hotel should not advertise itself as a 5-star. I was expecting the same level of food/drinks/service of other 5-Star hotels I've been to, and got disappointed
