This hotel is truly wonderful, and the location was perfect for me. It’s just outside Vlore, around 13–14 minutes from the Old Town, which was no issue at all since I had a car.
The view was absolutely incredible, and the suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The mattress and pillows were excellent, and the housekeeping was exceptional, with so much attention to detail and thoughtful complimentary amenities.
I had a small issue with the room phone, but the staff handled it very professionally. They gave me the manager’s WhatsApp number and made sure I could reach him directly if I needed anything until it was fixed. I really appreciated how looked after I felt.
The entire team was warm, kind, and welcoming. A special mention to Biko and Grace, who were absolutely amazing and gave me such positive energy throughout my stay. They even helped with my luggage without being asked, which truly showed their genuine hospitality.
Overall, an excellent hotel with outstanding service, attention to detail, and wonderful staff. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Vlore. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved the breakfast & the breakfast team were super friendly & welcoming. Thank you ! Rooms were spacious & bed very comfy.
BUT
We booked this hotel especially for the front line, to be in a quiet surrounding and not disturb by the road traffic.
Good to know: only one side of the hotel is front line (breakfast, restaurant area, part of the bedrooms). but the rest of the building is overlooking another hotel.
And worst, there is a constant generator sounds that is outside of the hotel and it’s just impossible to enjoy the room, not even tempting to open the windows. This generator is managed by the city and it’s literally ruining the hotel.
Secondly, we had no warm water in our shower. We told the reception team about it, they seams pretty indifferent, blasé about it … and said they will “repair” it … wait 10 minutes. There was a small improvement. But same in the morning … no hot water … we complained at check out to the receptionist who was different than the night before told us we should have complain and they will have change us room etc … she was apologizing but no compensation were offered.
Part of the room needed improvement (broken bin, broken shower curtain).
We will not stay again and we vividly recommend you to choose another hotel.
