It was clean and had everything. Parking was great with security after check in.
The manager Kevin was super friendly and helpful. He was so nice and made us feel comfortable. It was easy to contact him with any questions.
The view was stunning! And the pool was fabulous. 😊
Breakfast had everything you can imagine, and it was all very good.
It would be nice to have a few coffee packets and some tea bags, as well as a few more coffee cups. We only had 1 cup.
Also a lamp in the bedroom and living rooms would be nice to use at night instead of the super bright lights, and it would look more cozy.

Everything was excellent, from the front desk guy, to the room, aesthetically decorated, very clean, bathroom well equiped with everything needed. Breakfast superb.

Professional and very friendly, supportive staff! Good location - not in the city center, so a bit quieter outside.
The quality of the hotel is not top - building is not so fresh and the finish of apartment was not really classy.

We stayed here for a one-night stopover on our way to Berat. The location is lovely, with beautiful sea views, and the pool was clean and perfect for a short stay. There’s also a small café and another hotel bar by the pool where you can buy lunch and drinks. There’s also a couple of shops nearby.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself felt quite tired and in need of maintenance. The walls could do with repainting, the skirting boards and flooring were unfinished, and both the shower head and sink tap were loose/falling off. We also experienced electrical issues, whilst trying to have a shower with the light on, running the washing machine and charging a phone, it repeatedly tripped the fuse box, so we ended up not charging our phones and showering in the dark.
When we checked in, they showed us that the front door handle was loose and explained that it had been damaged by a previous guest, saying it wasn’t a problem. We were surprised that it hadn’t been repaired.
The included breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was cold, and there was a dog asleep in the kitchen while food was being prepared, which didn’t give us much confidence in the hygiene standards.
