Great location: Located on Via Cristoforo Colombo 7, very close to the shared pedestrian and bicycle path, making it extremely convenient for getting around.
Room setup: We had a spacious double room on the ground floor with a standard-sized bathroom, as well as a single room on the ground floor, which was slightly smaller but also equipped with its own private bathroom.
Good amenities: Equipped with air conditioning, an electric mosquito repellent with tablets, a dedicated water heater (boiler) for hot water, a shared fridge in the common living area, an electric kettle, complimentary tea bags, coffee, and a few bottles of water provided by the host.
Aircraft noise (as expected): You can hear airplanes passing overhead due to the close proximity to the airport, which is completely normal for this area. However, flights stop from midnight until 5:00 AM, so sleeping was not an issue at all.

Overall, everything was good. I really liked the communication and the check-in process, everything was very well organized and you can manage everything yourself. The information provided was very clear, and it was easy to find the location.
There is also access to the inner garden, which is a nice feature. I would have enjoyed it even more if there hadn't been so many mosquitoes. The air conditioning worked very well.
The room had a bed and a table, and there is a shared fridge available for guests in the dining room. There are also lots of nice books to read.
If I had to choose again, I would definitely stay here again. A taxi to the airport costs approximately €20.

Easy check in instructions, good value for money and a breakfast tray which made our morning much easier! Really clean too and tea/coffee and also shower gel etc provided
