The staff was definitely the best thing at the hotel , they were all amazing and very very helpful, the best staff i’ve seen so far, the rooms were clean and calm , hot water 24/7 and the staff is available 24/7 i would recommend it for everyone and i will definitely come there again
Its a little too far from the centro around 25-30 min walk + the gym definitely needs an upgrade, they should add at least a pull ups bar and a couple of new machines + there needs to be sauna or a pool or anything for the guests to chill it would be even greater

Perfect place to stay. A 35 minute easy walk from the airport. Clean, comfortable, windows that open so get fresh air. We had stunning views from the 7th floor of the mountains. Great place
We didn’t eat breakfast but there’s a great place next door run by Loui who is charming and speaks great English.

Great location for the airport but even so would stay more central to Bergamo train station next time. The staff were loved and friendly but it is dated. Bathroom was really in need of an update, the room was very hot and it smelt. It did the job as we had an early morning flight the next day but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Needed modernising and bathroom needs replacing
