Conforto, climatização, estética. Adoramos o pormenor dos quartos e os facto dos acessos serem forrados a carpete. A decoração tem detalhes interessantes alusivos ao nome do hotel, desde os elevadores ao porta-chaves da chave do quarto.
É muito acolhedor desde a entrada do hotel até ao quarto. Muito agradável para descansar e relaxar.
Localização. Reservamos o hotel também pela proximidade com o aeroporto, mas constatamos depois que para apanhar o bus turístico até lá tínhamos que nos deslocar a pé até ao centro, pois não há nenhuma paragem na zona que faça a ligação.

das Personal sehr freundlich und herzlich!
da fehlt auf höherer Führungsebene das Wissen und Können ein Hotel zu führen. Gastfreundschaft muss man fühlen können. Angepriesene Bar nicht in Betrieb, Restaurant sehr beschränkt vorhanden. Ohne das freundliche nicht wäre das Hotel eine triste Angelegenheit, nicht zu empfehlen!

Real 4 stars. Quite close to the airport. There are bath in the room, not the shower.

Clean and very pleasant and kind personell.
The shower was only above head and it was difficult to get a shower with not getting wet on the hair.

This time I did not like the cleaning, there was hair (not mine) in the bathroom and finger print on the doors and light switch and dust visible in the day in the corner of the carpet.

The mattresses were comfortable, everything clean, well connected to the highway and a great view over the mountains. We also had a special Easter treat in the room which was very nice.
The sound insulation was just on the limit of acceptable, the airport is rather near and there is also a highway righ in front of the hotel. It was enough to sleep but we could still hear the noises.
