It’s perfect price to quality ratio. Breakfast was great and staff were really helpful.
At first we got a room without much sunlight but staff did everything they could to move us in another room with better view and sunlight.

The Hotel was exactly what we needed before a flight back home. It was practical, clean and as an added bonus had plenty of refreshment and food options, also travel essentials that might have been forgotten for purchase at any time of the day or night and all reasonably priced, which was a pleasant change. The reception team were fabulous and couldn't have been more helpful, they are a credit to your company and helped us with many questions and ordering a Taxi all with a smile and patience. Thank you.

Easy to walk to from the train station. Good value for money. Clean, modern facilities rooms.
It was quite noisy - some of the other hotel room doors creaked really loudly when people were coming and going late at night / early morning. We stayed on the ground floor and when people were talking (loudly!) in the reception area it woke us up at 6am. A bit of WD40 and closing the internal hallway doors would likely solve the noise issues we experienced.

The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation and the airport. Our room was clean and confortable. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast/kitchen staff were also very kind and smiling.
Our room was on the ground floor and it was clean and well maintained. However, it did not have natural light as the windows were covered by long curtains. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff member we interacted with on the hallway seemed very unmotivated, bored and impolite. Not only he not greet guests, or smile, but he even rolled his eyes when greeted. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, although we did not experience any incidents during our stay.
