fantastic experience. the location is very central and well connected by public transport, and i felt perfectly safe getting there even arriving late at night from the airport. had a private room which was enormous, complete with a balcony and a huge bathroom. slept wonderfully. the place was clean and the decor was really nice too. would definitely recommend for anyone staying in bergamo.

When I arrived I was told the parking is full and I need to park at a paid space for 2.20 euro/hour. This is not what was advertised and told in a text message on the topic, and definitely not what I expected.
I had to argue with the staff several times until they agreed to "call me when a space becomes available" soo great I guess, was it that hard? I ended up paying 4.40 euro for the paid parking until "I got lucky" and a parking space was vacated.
