The apartment is small and very clean, with cute terrace. We were in remote contact with the owner and he gave us good recommendations on restaurants and sightseeing spots. It is very close to the railway station and also walkable distance to the old town. Very close to an airport shuttle bus stop.
The room is very small and to our surprise it was one shared space with a large bed and a sofa bed. While we were reserving the place I saw nothing like this on the photos shared, that’s why I booked it, it was a big surprise for me to see that four people will sleep in one room all together. But as our staying was just for one night it was not that a big deal. On Sunday the neighbourhood was not feeling that safe as most of the restaurants and shops were closed and there were lots of black people just sitting and doing nothing or drinking beer on the street on our way to the apartment.

Good location near the train & bus station, and the city centre. Good aircon, nice bathroom and decent beds.
Very noisy arrivals in the middle of the night in the second room, no noise insulation from the shared kitchen/hall, it sounds as though it's all going on in your own room.
Check-in instructions confusing, weblink door system not ideal.
