Posizione molto comoda a un passo dal centro e tranquilla (sotto passa una strada in ztl e non ci sono locali, il rumore è saltuario)
Host molto gentile e disponibile
Ottima pulizia
Possibilità di parcheggiare auto in garage convenzionato vicino (l'host vi farà la prenotazione e il permesso per la ztl)
Bagno ampio e bello (anche se non in stanza)
C'e' una stanza in comune dove poter autonomamente fare colazione (caffè, te e stoviglie sono forniti dall'host)
Manca aria condizionata, essendo le camere in mansarda d'estate fa molto caldo e se ne sente la mancanza
Molte scale strette per salire alla camera (ma c'e' un montacarichi per i bagagli)
Illuminazione della camera troppo debole (molti punti luce ma a parte la lampada della scrivania, estremamente fiochi)
Camera un pò angusta per via del tetto basso (mansarda) e delle finestre molto piccole che danno sempre una sensazione di chiuso.
La stanza in comune dove fare colazione è piccola se tutti gli ospiti la usano contemporaneamente.

The location was wonderful. It was a 5-minute walk to the center of historic Città Alta. We had a beautiful view from our bedroom window. Be aware, there are three rooms available. Two of them share a bathroom and do not have a view. We would not have enjoyed our stay as much as we did had we stayed in one of the other rooms.
Kati, the owner, was an exceptional resource for any question we had - what to see, where to eat, etc. She made sure we had an excellent stay.
I don't recall it being made clear when I made the reservation that parking is not included and that there is no street parking available. It would have been helpful to have known how to reserve a parking spot in a garage a couple of blocks away. However, Kati was able to find us a spot.
When making our reservation, I didn't notice that breakfast was available only if arranged in advance, at the time of booking.
These two issues were minor and did not detract from our very enjoyable visit.
