Queda un poco apartado del centro de la ciudad pero no es importante ya que hay un autobús en la misma esquina de la calle que te lleva a la ciudad. El lugar es correcto para un día de paso.

El paso por Burgos superó mi expectativas en este hotel gracias a la amabilidad, disponibilidad y gentileza de Lourdes: siempre dispuesta a ayudar, con una sonrisa y eso que no la veía ¡ni un momento parada! Nos ha tratado genial y es de agradecer cuando sales de casa, sentirte como en la tuya.
Por otro lado, la comida está riquísima (el pincho de tortilla, espectacular), las habitaciones impecables, la cama muy muy cómoda e incluso los clientes habituales del bar son la mar de simpáticos. Un gusto haber pasado por allí, ojalá poder repetir algún día.

It was a good location.
We thought we were getting a double bed, but ended up with two singles. No washing facilities at the venue so we had to find a laundromat.
We didn't see any staff as our room had a virtual entry/key so any time we had a question, we had to email the Help desk. It wasn't very customer focused.
We ran out of hot water, tried to let someone know, but couldn't complain to anyone as it was all through email. Room was very small and had no other facilities in it. Eg: kettle, fridge etc. Our room was also very noisy as there was a motor running constantly throughout the night.
The only good thing about it was the location.
