It was in the middle of everything. There was a view of the sea, small but there. It had a very rustic feel, a lot like a cabin.
The air condition didn’t seem to cool the room down at night.

The view from the property’s balcony was stunning. The room was quiet even though it was located very close to the commercial street of Monemvasia.
We booked the superior room which is a maisonette. It is misleading that although the hotel seems to be the first one entering Monemvasia, our room was a bit far from the gate - and hotel’s front desk. This was not mentioned in advance in Booking nor when we talked over the phone before our visit. We were travelling with a 2-year old kid. Moreover, the staff seemed to be in general a bit careless. Lastly, before checking out the room - last day - we found a dead cockroach in our bathroom. Even though we understand that a place like Monemvasia might have such insects, still the staff was pathetic enough when we mentioned it.
