They have nice dinning place in 3rd & 4th floor. plates , cutlery , water dispenser machine are in 4th floor & microwave is in 3rd floor.i was living in 5th floor , so to warm up my takeaway food i have to come 4th & 3rd floor to arrange everything.Owner spend a lot for sofas & dinning room but instead of that if he buy a microwave , some plates & cutleries that will be really helpful for the guests.

The hotel is very well located. For those who prefer public transit, it is convenient to take commuter trains at the station nearby. There are also multiple bus lines in the area. There are plenty of restaurants as well, although they are generally pricey.
The room is well equipped. I like the common space on the rooftop.
1. No breakfast was offered (as indicated in the listing).
2. The edges of the bed are sharp. You must be careful when moving your legs.
3. Pest control can be improved. (My room was beside a shared kitchen)
4. Sound insulation can be improved.

The location is great and was perfect for our purposes. The staff is very nice.
Especially the guard Ragul, who always makes sure you get home safe.
The wifi worked without any problems and the A/C was also very good.
For the price we paid it was fine and this is not really a complaint but rather a stating of facts.
The water in our room wasn't warm, the toilet paper wasn't restocked and there was no cleaning
in the entire week. I am sure we could've asked for it, but it was fine. We didn't spend much time
in the room anyways.
Even though there are two kitchens and two fridges there is almost no cutlery. Literally two forks.
No plates, cups, glasses ...would be good to restock these things. In general it could be cleaner.
