This is the second time we have stayed here as we love this boutique hotel so much. Located close to Calle Mayor so easy to walk around Alcalá and see everything in this beautiful Medieval town.We asked for a quiet room as we are light sleepers and this was very good. The fiestas were on and the atmosphere in Alcalá was fantastic. The hotel team work professionally and diligently to provide everything you need for a wonderful stay. There are lots of hotels to choose from but Evenia really is very special if you are looking for a quiet stay in a historic part of town. We love sitting in the courtyard soaking up the atmosphere.
We are English and drink a lot of tea so we would appreciate a kettle in the room but there really isn’t anything negative to say about this brilliant boutique hotel. I am sure if we had asked for a kettle the team would have found us one as they are so dedicated to great customer service.

Lovely old building. Friendly staff. Beautiful courtyard. Very close to the old town, restaurants etc. Good wifi. Good breakfast (but no eggs). The aircon worked! The shower was great fun.
Room was very small, bathroom had no door so lacked privacy. Toilet was so small that getting in and out was a problem. It was quite hard to find the entrance to the hotel.
