Cómodo, limpio, muuuy agradable.

Todo se sentía deliciosamente cómodo, las instalaciones son muy lindas y bastante agradables.

Lo único que pediría es que pudiera estar en la alberca más tarde.

GRAN RELACIÓN PRECIO-BENEFICIO

Es un Hotel impecable, silencioso, gran ubicación. Tiene restaurante, enfrente un oxxo a una calle una taqueria, vies de comunicación para cualquier lugar, habitaciones muy amplias, buenas televisiones, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, etc. No tiene grandes negativos.

Pues por poner algo aquí, tal vez que su estacionamiento no es cubierto. Aaaah algo PÉSIMO: Su INTERNET, me he hospedado varias veces aquí, en diferentes pisos y su Internet es MALÍSIMO acabo usando mi celular para conectarme a Internet en la Laptop, solo eso.

Su ubicación es muy buena, esta muy cerca del CAS para trámite de visa y de distintos puntos y restaurantes muy buenos a su alrededor, buen precio y sus habitaciones uy bien.

Amazing hotel, some room for improvement

The location is very good, it's around the Minerva, with restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities were wonderful, the AC very quiet and the shower hot and comfortable. The pool was on the small side but otherwise clean and nice. The restaurant was fantastic. The bed was huge and comfortable.

The key cards would always fail and I'd have to go to the reception to re-issue them. The internet would sometimes fail, which was a big thing for me and the only reason I cannot give the hotel a 10/10 score.

Some construction noise. Bar was under construction. No place to have a drink with friends on site.

Breakfast was so so. Poor meat quality. Eggs and fruit were exceptional.

Good value for your money if you want luxury this isn’t it but gets the job done

The room hotel lobby is nice and Resturant food ok. The room was clean but when we stayed there. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The pool was out of service and there was construction on the 1st floor where our room was

The room was spacious and guest service was pretty good, very helpful.

The elevator was small, food was not good ( we ordered different plates and most of them were not good , the onlly thing I liked was the naranjada and pancakes )

Location was good.

I did not like the staffs integrity. I forgot money and jewelry on the bed and I called to get it back and they claimed they didn't see anything. When ever I forgotten anything in any hotel in the US they always return it. So I did not like the stay there and I will never stay there again!!! Another thing, they didn't even have a microwave or fridge for cold drinks.

Great rooms do not recommend the pool

The room size and a great bed

The pool was not taking care of cleaning and allowed guests to eat, drink and smoke in the close pool, I had to go back to my room because of how much smoke was without proper ventilation. There were rules in the pool area that did not allow this but no one verified a proper use in the pool.

Amazing value great Hotel, with one problem

I felt it was really good value for the money. Very nice room. Soft beds which are hard to find in Mexico. The staff were excellent. For one who does not speak much Spanish it was nice to find some staff that had pretty good English. And they were super helpful from the moment I walked in the door until they put me in a cab. I would recommend this place to anyone except for this one thing.

At about 10:00 p.m. an hour after I arrived it sounded like some sort of large generator or something started up. And it created this loud resonating hum that varied in intensity but at times it made the water in my bottle that I was drinking vibrate. When I lay down to go to sleep I found it quite irritating and I had to put my headphones on with noise canceling. When I woke in the morning the noise was still there. Very odd. If it wasn't for that I would have given them a 10 across the board.
