Very clean hotel. Breakfast was great, Male the server, was super efficient. She made us feel that we were part of the hotel. Beautiful smile 😍

Breakfast was great, the chilaquiles were the best. Enrique, the server, was very attentive and he made us feel like family. The overall experience was 10 out of 10. Thank you Gumont!

Location is great.
Valet parking and bell boys gave great service.
Check in and out was quick and effective.
Room was mostly silent.
Includes breakfast, with good service staff.
Good streaming options on smart tv.
Rooms are a bit run down, maintenance is suboptimal. It used to be better.
Lighting in the room is bad.
Beds are not that comfortable.
Breakfast food could be better.
No food options at night but a junk food vending machine.

The location was ideal. There was a couple of places to eat nearby, within walking distance, and getting a taxi was not difficult.
The rooms are small. Not much comfort for a mini family vacation. We had what we needed but when we tried eating in our rooms for those late night meals, there was minimal space. It is also a bit noisy. The noise in the hallways from other guests travels pretty loudly into the rooms. Our room was nice but the floors were filthy. I asked the staff if we could have the room swept/mopped and left a nice tip, but it wasn't done any of the five nights we stayed. Lots of dirt/debris on the floor. Socks ended up being black from the dirt. Additionally, there are no mini fridges in the rooms so plan for that. There is a rooftop restaurant/bar that opens in the evening however, no children are allowed which is really a damper since there is no other restaurant/snack bar available. I think the hours should be modified to allow guests with children in for at least the first two hours. The breakfast bar was nice, however it is very repetitive so if you are staying multiple days like we did, you will get bored of the selection.
