Friendly staff, quiet area but close to amenities
The kettle was on a table that was nowhere near the plug socket, so had to place the kettle on the floor then carry across the room to the table, which obviously could present a safety issue, especially considering it was a family room with children possibly staying in the room.

The property is in a great location. I had a single room and although very small it had everything I needed and a separate bathroom for my use, also the staff/owners were very helpful.
Nothing really, a few loud slamming doors late at night but it didn’t last long.

Check in lady was very friendly and helpful

Checking in was a bit chaotic - one woman doing the check-ins on various properties
The requirement for a security deposit - the reason for this was not explained
