Clean room and comfortable bed. Hot shower.
The room was tiny and the TV didnt work. This wasnt an issue but we wanted to put the radio on when getting ready to go out so just used our phones instead. The soundproofing is terrible and could hear everything from above and in rooms adjacent. The bathroom was tiny. Barely enough room to move but was only used to wash so wasnt an issue for one night.

The staff were wonderful, very kind and friendly. The location was great, in the heart of Kemptown and very close to the beach and city center. The room was made up daily (even though I left the "do not disturb" sign out, which would normally indicate not to come in...).
The room was small and a bit shabby, and there was a strong pee smell from the bathroom so I immediately went out to buy air freshener. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen, just lifting my arms to shampoo my hair resulted in my elbows hitting the walls. If the price had been lower I might have had lower expectations, but with 4 nights costing almost €400, this was below my expectations.
