excellent, very comfortable, great pool.

Irini (whom i think is the house keeper) was excellent. she kept everything clean, rooms, pool area etc. she does not speak English but manages perfectly with the translator. it was also great having the pool.

it was hard to find the hotel at first. the location in bookings.com leads to the street below.

Great experience🙂

Great location for exploring the whole island. Calm surroundings and spectacular view from the apartment. Check-in was easy and quick. Irin was very helpful.

Pool equipment needs to be changed. Little outdated, but as we were mostly exploring the island, it was ok for us.

Niver Plaza offers luxury and spectacular views from the mountain!

Irini greeted us and was most pleasant and friendly. The studio apartment was spacious and clean; the beds comfortable. The decor was Zen, but the furniture and colours dated. The patio has a superb view, overlooking the pool and the sea from afar. We appreciated the free parking!

There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine and no detergent available. The sofa beds, our daughters slept on, were not as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom.

Very good

Nice location! The room has breathtaking view of Agios Ioannis Beach with all the kite surfers. Close to Agios Nikitas beach. The pool area was relaxing.

The room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. We had difficulty locating the reception when we arrived.

Pleasant

The view and the fact that the bed sheets and towels were changed every other day (considering the negative comments)

The paid amount was way to much for this location. It does not worth the money. The furniture is old thus there is an old smell in the room. The room is overcrowded with furniture and stuff ( especially the leaving and the kitchen) and the cleaning is only done around them therefore we've had a sensation that the room is not cleaned. The pictures on booking are misleading and different than what we have found. The fact that the building does not have any reception or staff on site allowed some guest to party until late hours in the night.

So clean, so nicely furnished. Big parking, big room. Quiet at night... Million dollars view! Do we need anything else in life?

We were rather satisfied with the accomodation. We would come again.

Pool. Apartment was fairly clean. Cleaning lady Irini was very pleasent and helpfull.

I would recommed to install a dish machine.

Good

The place and view is really nice. Also the pool is nice and surprisingly deep, nice for swimming.

Pictures on Booking are very old, at least 10 years and also very different from the reality. We were expecting nice boho stay but it was old and smelly. For that price it is really overpriced, we've been on nicer places for less on Lefkada.

Very good

The apartment was very spacious and had a nice location, very close to Lefkada Town. You can see a nice sunset from the balcony, the pool looks amazing. The host was wonderful and very reactive to everything we said we have an issue with. We had cleaning every day. The towels were nice and soft!

Apartment is in desperate need of renovation, a lot of the faucets were either broken, rusty or not working. (shower cap, sink faucet, hangers etc.) This aspect contributed to the feeling of uncleanliness even though we had cleaning every day and it was nicely done.

Perfect holiday.

Really nice apartment with a really nice view and a clean pool. It even has a washing machine, so its perfect when you travel with hand luggage only. Natascha and Irini really took care of us and made us feel at home. We will definitely come back, also because Lefkas is such a beautiful island.

The only thing that we would improve is to install a dishwasher. However, we saw a delivery of new microwave ovens standing in the hallway, so the people coming after us might benefit from those in the future.

The most amazing place

This place deserves 20 not just 10! The location is perfect and close to everything, the view is breathtaking. It is really exciting to open your eyes in the morning and to see the sunrise, then in the evening to eat dinner while watching the sunset. The apartment is very good inside, stylish, comfortable and there is a lot of space. The pool is also great, everything was very clean and the staff was very caring and nice! Thank you for our great trip! It wouldn't be the same without you!
