Beautiful hotel, everything feels new, the staff were helpful.
It was impossible to communicate with the costumer service and they are not cleaning the rooms…we stayed 4 days and not even one time.

La tinaja estaba preparada cuando llegamos, ese detalle lo encontré genial. Llegamos tarde y desde horas antes nos monitorearon y nos indicaron como llegar. el guardia nos ayudó con las maletas en medio de la lluvia. El desayuno bastante variado. La piscina central amplia y cómoda, todo muy limpio. Es un entorno lleno de naturaleza, que invita al descanso y al disfrute máximo, ideal para desconectar los teléfonos y disfrutar todas las bondades naturales del lugar.
El dormitorio principal, al estar con la pared inclinada, produjo un par de choques, nada grave.

The accommodation was nice, with a beautiful view. The indoor pool is pleasant,
You have to park your car away from your facility, so that is not convenient for people with restricted mobility.
No additional towels or dressing gowns are available to use at the thermal pool.
At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were green and smelled funny; we reported it, but they ignored us.
