Really pleasant modern hotel. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Very pleasant staff notably worked with Sofia. Thank you for you help and support Sofia. And nice views with plenty of natural light in rooms. The rooms have coffee making equipment and a small fridge

The staff were nice and courteous, from the reception to the breakfast buffet. The breakfast options are good. The sauna is nice.
The rooms, expecially the walls were dirty. The rooms that we were initially assigned smelled of sewage. The staff changed our room. No toiletries expect hand soap, toilet paper and shower gel were provided which seems strange for a 4 star hotel. One of the rooms did not have shower gel at check in. The fire alarm went off at 0100 am and was attributed to a sensor error. Gym is of low quality with broken machines.
