Everything was great.
The pools and room were cleaned, the staff was polite. There are two type of pools, one of which is thermal with almost around 29 degrees Celsius and the other one is around 5/6 degrees down based on the season.
The hotel is a short walk from the beach and the main street of Sozopol.
Reception operates 24 hours for the needs of the guest

Great location, close to the sea side.
Parking is an extra fee. Duct vent in the bathroom was grinding the housing therefore making super loud noise. The switch on the shower faucet is broken.

The location was a major plus as it was really close to the beach, and the hotel property was fairly quiet as we had booked our room at the end of the high season. We were happy to see that there were cups and other utensils, and on the balcony – a clothes dryer stand.
We would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning of the room as there was mold in the bathroom and a very unpleasant smell coming from it. Our bed wasn’t comfortable either and the sofa hadn’t been properly vacuumed in a while.
