The hotel and staff were lovely. We were very close to the main street with all the things we needed. Also the beach ⛱️ was close and lovely

Very friendly staff, very good location, comfortable parking included, nice and wide terrace.

All the furniture is dated and needs serious renovation. No elevator and it’s not so comfortable to climb four floors in the heat. Very expensive for what the hotel offers.

Only the location and underground parking provided.

The hotel receptionist had a disgusting attitude. She was constantly judging, conatantly nagging, underestimating us as people. She was curious about where we went and what we did which is not of her business. About the room - there was nochanging of the towels for three days whichis unacceptable. The front parking was unmaintained and unable to be used for all of the people staying at the hotel.

The location it’s great, you can walk in the Old Town (around 15 mins), the room has a nice balcony, they change the towels everyday and clean the room. The owners are very nice, don’t hesitate to ask them about the city. Big advantage for the parking spots.

Sometimes you can feel the smell from the restaurants that are on the street, but it’s not the hotel fault for sure.

Happy with our choice!

Great location, there is a supermarket nearby and restaurants. It was very quiet at night. The hosts were very polite. It was very clean.

Maybe the sheets could have been changed in the middle of our stay but it was not a big deal for three nights.

Best place to stay for a holiday in Sozopol

This is a very nice place to stay in Sozopol, the rooms are big, clean and very comfortable with a nice balcony. The breakfast is also very good. The property offers you parking which is a plus, you are close to the old city center and the beach is almost 2 minutes near. There are also a lot of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants near. The owners speak English, they are super friendly and supportive and they are always there in case you need anything. We will definitely come back to Kandrovi Hotel in our next trip to Sozopol! Thank you for the nice holiday we had!

Superb

The staff was very kind and we enjoyed very much our stay. It is really close (50m) from pedestrian zone.

There's no lift at the hotel. It could be a bit noisy from the bars and restaurants that are located on the pedestrian zone

Nice beach and old town but I do not recommend this hotel.

The best advantage of the hotel is its location - just in 300 m walking distance from the beach. The hotel room also has a small fridge ( which is great for storing food from the nearby stores), also a kettle. The room was cleaned every day.

The lady host was rude to me when on arrival I merely asked questions on the working conditions of the different room facilities. As an answer she said that I didn’t read anything about them obviously. She probably decided that as I speak her language allows her to show her lack of basic customer services skills and respect to the poor customers like me. Unfortunately, this initial bad experience wiped out all the great efforts the family running the hotel were making and made me re think whether to repeat a holiday in Sozopol.

Good location, cleanliness and price and also the hosts were friendly and helpful.

The sanitary objects were worn out and rusty and the additional children bed no so comfy.

Centrally located hotel, good value for the money.

Good location and good value for the money. It can be noisy so be careful if this is your priority while going on vacation. Our balcony had a good view but if all the guests are on their balconies at the same time you can find it intimidating.

The room was spacious and had all needed firnitures to make the stay more pleasent. The staff kept everything sparkling clean and were very cheerful and helpful.

The entire stay was splendid! I have no negative feelings to share here.

Nice place with helpful staff

It's clean and we had a comfortable stay there. Staff is very helpful. Close to bus stop to nearby beaches like Smokinya/Kavatsi and to/from Sofia and close to main street and convenience stores. They make a good frappe too. 12 mins away from the port where you can take a 60min sunset boat trip for just 10BGN, so take advantage.

The only thing we didn't like was that the view is the nearby buildings and just a little patch of sea, but we were aware of that when we booked anyway.
