Ot is a quiet place in calm neighbourhood. At least 10-25 min walking distance from main attractions.
Rooms are renovated , clean with comfy beds.
Coffee machine was a nice surprise.
The owner smokes all the time so sitting outside means you are a passive smoker. Tables outside are in smoking area so eating breakfast was always either clouds of cigarette smoke.

Room was large and comfortable, bathroom was clean and also decent sized
The bed slats do not like an overweight person sitting on them- on one side of the bed they immediately popped out when I sat down so I cannot imagine how they would respond to a severely obese person laying down. Otherwise on the other side of the bed, the mattress was very comfortable.

It was large and airy. There was an en-suite shower with toilet but we didn’t shower so I can’t say what the shower was like.
The bed unfortunately broke and we had to remove the mattress and sleep on the floor , but that was very comfortable.
