Choose the upstairs “deluxe” rooms

The upstairs rooms are clean and modern

Loved Wi-Fi and pool and bathroom as well as the kitchenette. The porch was perfect for eating dinner.

The room was small. Needed more counter space for the kitchenette or a place to set things. The double and single bed fill the room.

Brilliant location. Great pool area with plenty of loungers. Room was kept clean. The young lady, Savina, in reception was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location, nice place, but cleanliness is an issue

We just stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Here are the positives - - Location. It is less than a minute walk from one of the best beaches on the island (although the busiest). Lots of restaurants, bakeries, car rentals, etc all around. - Nice looking from the outside. Nice looking pool. - Really excellent shower and water pressure and endless hot water. Really, the rainwater shower was amazing.

It's a shame I couldn't rate this place higher. It's a lovely-looking hotel in a perfect location. There is so much potential. Unfortunately, what really took away from our stay there was the lack of cleanliness. The very basic requirement of a hotel room is that it is clean. It was dirty when we checked in, there was sand and dirt all over the floor (the staff said this was from the wind...), and long black hair all over the floor. When I told the staff member on duty, she did not seem to be much bothered by this information. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain very well so we had to stop using it and brushed our teeth in the kitchen. When I told someone about this problem, she said it was just like that and there was no solution offered. Then, nobody cleaned the sink for 5 days so the toothpaste residue from the last time we had used it was still there every day. Ugh. The sheets were not changed for 4 nights, finally I asked someone and she said they were changed every 2 days. This is incorrect because there was a noticeable stain on one of the sheets so it was clear to us they had not been changed. Finally after 5 nights they changed the sheets. There was even little particles of food stuck to the dish drying rack in the small kitchen. Gross.

Great location

Great location, the room is quite dated and tired looking but it was clean. The staff were helpful and the pool was great

Whatever they use in the pool, it turned our swimming clothes green.

near on the beach

no shampoo,shower gel only soap. they gave us only 1 key. no hairdryier in the shower theres no cover. i think they should have a private taxi/shuttle from the hotel. because when we arrive in the port no one wants to bring us at the hotel and we waited for 1 and 1/2hour. leaving the hotel I asked a taxi in the early morning at 6am.. ang the taxi did not arrived.. we’ve waited 40 mins before a taxi came.. called from the cafe bar..

Good value for money: location near beach, bus stops and restaurants, good enough facilities and rooms, flexible staff and good pool

Great location, nice stay. Good Value. This is a value hotel more close to dorm style accomodation.

Great Location right in the action of Agios Prokopolis. Very conveint to the local bus. Nice Pool.

Rooms & Bathroom need to be updated/renovated. Shower you had to hold and shower yourself. Bed needs an upgrade

amazing location! right next to the best restaurant and across the best bakery. 2 minutes from the ocean. nice big pool, clean room and good shower. nice staff that clean every day. good wifi

the pool is party open to a road (though many are like this) and the balcony was a bit small

Lovely location. Great pool

Location perfect. Close to the very nice beach. Loads of restaurants nearby. We had a renovated room with great shower.

Airco could be a little colder but was okay.

Location some steps from the beach Very cheap

The system with the reception where there is nobody unless you call the number written on the door for the staff to come (international calls have a cost, and their number has no whatsapp), never seen such a way to welcome customers before Hot water takes about 10 minutes to come The shower curtain is so short that you cannot have your shower without flooding the whole bathroom. The second sink in the middle of the bathroom from where all the lather comes back when you shower or wash your hands. The outdated 90s television quickly secured with an old strap which doesn’t inspire confidence thant it won’t fall on you during the night. The beds and pillows hard as a stone

Near the brach, and the owner is very helpful and funny man. Room get cleaned every day. Perfect place to stay that was our third time and we eill return some year :)!!
