La ubicación perfecta. La habitación y las instalaciones muy buenas. El restaurante de lo mejor, la comida es impresionante.

Buena opción

La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra justo en el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son limpias y el personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial.

No me gustó la experiencia durante el desayuno. Tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo por nuestro pedido, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. Además, notamos que el restaurante está abierto para todo el público, lo que me hizo pensar que los huéspedes del hotel podrían recibir prioridad en el servicio. Además, nos sorprendió que no se nos permitiera cenar allí, mientras que sí se admitió a personas externas. Considero que estos aspectos podrían mejorarse para ofrecer una experiencia más satisfactoria a los huéspedes del hotel.

Muy básico

La cama y almohada muy cómodas. El señor de la recepción que estaba por la noche muy amable y simpático.

Baño bastante pequeño. Las paredes son tan finas que cualquier conversación de las habitaciones de al lado se escucha y se entiende como si estuvieran ahí contigo en la misma habitación. La neverita de la habitación suena muchisimo cuando arranca el motor que tiene. El desayuno está bueno, pero muy básico, o mollete con tomate o bollería, café y zumo de naranja que no es natural.

The location of the Hastel was near to some attraction like Plaza de Torros ,the Castle, Restaurants and lots of shopping opportunities.

Okay stay, nothing to complain but nothing to write home about

Very nice shower, plenty of charging sockets. The room is a bit d-fashioned and simple but everything is comfortable and clean.

Small room and not many breakfast options (toast or croissant). You get what you pay for, the room is a hostel room (so meant for only sleeping)

The condition of the furniture, walls, and curtains is not good. Thanks to the cleanness, it was ok to stay there, otherwise we would have not do it

Ok place terribly noisy in my room very little sleep

Lovely staff. Clean. Good location. Easy to park.

Don’t book room 201! It’s by the stairs which are SO noisy. I heard everyone coming up and en all night (no one seemed to be able to walk quietly) and everyone going down for breakfast from 7am and talking loudly.. The walls of my room were so thin the guy next door snoring so loud may as well have been in the bed with me. Very little sleep possible at all.

Highly recommended for a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, lovely room with pleasing view, very comfy bed, good breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, including helping us out with information and sorting out a request. It was also great to have an on-site café-bar area, which provided good food and drink at fair prices. We felt the Hostal was very tastefully decorated and arranged, making the stay very pleasant indeed. There was also on street parking available nearby and a train service to Madrid, helpful on both counts.

There wasn't really anything we did not like, but felt it would be helpful to have a spare blanket in the wardrobe, as we had to ask for one.

It is my third stay at the hotel. I would always come back there. Kind staff, very good price.

The people at reception were very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were good and friendly too. Otherwise I only used the dining room for the breakfast. The man who served me on both days was kind. It was good to find a table in the room.

The bed had some sort of plastic sheeting under the lower sheet which I found unpleasant. The single long pillow was filled with something artificial and to me, brought up with down feather pillows, uncomfortable. The noise from the street is quite something although I am used to complete silence in the country in Andalucía. On the Sunday night there was quite some noise from the neighbouring guests. But perhaps I am over sensitive.

Great hotel for a good price

Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice shower. Great location next to the royal gardens. Parking next to the hotel. Value for money is exceptional.

Breakfast was not good. So many great Cafe's around, I recommend to skip breakfast at the bar in the hotel. Decor is a bit dated. We didn't mind, but it might be important for you.

Great location for the royal palace.

This hotel is perfectly located, right near the royal palace and the parks and gardens. Parking is on the streets, which can get very busy, but we did find a spot right round the corner from the hotel entrance. Small but lovely modern room, comfortable and perfect for our short one night stay. Cafe/bar and restaurant in the same building.

All was fine and as expected, nothing to think of that should be improved.
