The location and the staff were great. Very close to the Palace about a 10 minute stroll away. Lots of restaurants close by.
The bedroom was much smaller than the photo suggested, we had booked a Junior Suite. I don't know if we were unlucky but the bathroom which was a decent size had problems. It had two sinks, we could only use one because one of them had a leak. The shower had a hand held and an overhead rainfall fitted, the latter didn't work. The shower door didn't fit and if the hand held shower was held in the wrong position water poured through the door onto the floor of the bathroom. Parking which was supposedly private, was in the main road, the parking directly outside the hostel was restricted. We were not offered alternative secure parking. The food on offer for breakfast was extremely limited. We went to a café on the next block which had a far better selection.
