The property is very clean and looks great. It is in the center of Naoussa, at walking distance from all the interest points. The host is very kind.

Ich war wirklich total begeistert von diesem Hotel! Die Unterkunft war durchgehend tipptopp sauber und wunderschön. Schon beim Reinkommen hat man gemerkt, wie gepflegt alles ist – es hat immer super sauber und frisch gerochen.
Die Lage ist einfach top! Man ist zu Fuß direkt in der Stadt und kann eigentlich komplett auf ein Auto verzichten. Alles Wichtige ist in nur ca. zwei Gehminuten erreichbar, und auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. Für mich die perfekte Lage!
Auch das Personal war unglaublich lieb, herzlich und nett. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt und fast wie zu Hause.
Wenn ich wieder nach Naousa komme, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen und war rundum begeistert!

The location was stunning and the rooms beautiful.
I have received an apology but would like to note that I was a little upset by the cleaner going through my bags (she apologised) and then when I asked the desk again (following a request for my room not to be touched) not to clean my room, I was accused of having a guest in my room, which was not permitted. I had not been in the property most of that day so was extremely worried that someone else had been in my room. After getting angry at me and showing me the agreement I'd signed I had to ask for the manager as the receptionist got very confrontational with me. The manager later apologised over booking.com messages and gave me a bottle of wine as an apology but this made me very uncomfortable and put a bad note on my trip.
