The location is good, the structure of the place is quite nice with spectacular scenaries. Its very quiet and rooms were clean & comfy.
If you are expecting 4 stars service level, you will be disapointed. The breakfast is VERY basic, the service overall is not that great (basic offering to get a drink and takes forever to pour from a ready bottle + expensive!). The spa (which is supposed to be the star of the facility) looks worn down. They also time people to go at once which for a tiny space quickly turns to a joint Hamam (not a pleasant experience). We asked for a time where no one is there and managed to book it but once there, the water smelled weird, turkish bath was not even on and overall looked as if it wasnt looked after..

Super helpful staff. Swimming pool was fantastic.
Congestion around the coffee machine at breakfast could be reduced if a second coffee machine was available.

Staff
Spa and wellness center. They charged 20€/each person but the sauna’s door did not close properly and the steam room’s bench was cold. On top of that, the bathrobe they gave us were in very very poor condition.
