Elskede alt ved dette fantastiske sted. Meget af tiden følte vi, at vi havde det helt for os selv, da mange af de andre gæster var fuglekiggere, så de tog tideligt afsted om morgene, og kom sent retur om aftenen. Når man sad på terrassen, var det med udsigt ud over dalen og højlandet, og med lyden fra vandfaldet, der var lige ved siden af og fuglene der kvidrede. Her indfandt roen sig og det var balsam for sjælen, bare at slappe af på terrassen. Stedet var ejet af Yen Linh, som tog sig kærligt af os. Der var ikke noget menu kort, men vi blev spurgt, hvad vi gerne ville have, og så lavede hun det til os. Det var et meget personligt ophold. Og Yen Linh havde meget fokus på, at maden skulle være dyrket uden brug af sprøjtemidler. Om aftenen hjalp hun os med at lave søde kartofler i bålstedet. Vi følte os så godt taget i mod, og ønsker højt at vende retur. Så forhåbentligt er det på gensyn Yen Linh. Jeg og min datter er forelsket i dit sted med den smukke have og fantastiske udsigt og lyden af naturen.
