I will stay her again!!
The location is exactly what you want it to be. The vans are cozy and fitted with absolutely everything you could need. Aircon, hot water, kettle, gas stove, toilet, fridge, cooking area, power, drinking water, lights, double bed, an audio system you can plug into. There is a roof top deck. The thoughtfulness that went into the vans really shows.
Trust me, from one traveller to another, it's worth every dollar.
Also Dwayne and his staff are super friendly. He will message you and help you with anything you need.
I booked on short notice later in the evening and he made sure I could order food. He provided snacks for free (inc tea & coffee) When you arrive his staff will find you and bring you to the room if you get lost or wonder past the location so do not stress.
10/10 from an Aussie solo traveller (motorbike).

View đẹp, Phòng tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Đồ ăn nhờ nhân viên mua ngon, rẽ. Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình.
Đường xe ôto vào ok. Chỉ có 1 đoạn ngắn đường hơi xấu

Phòng ngủ & toilet quá nhỏ + ruồi nhiều quá. Đi nhóm bạn ko thể ở cùng nhau vì các phòng cách khá xa nhau. Ban đêm di chuyển giữa các phòng bất tiện

Location was beautiful and remote, exactly as advertised. The front porches of rooms 1, 2 & 3 are a savings grace to the general disappointment that is the property as a whole.
The entirety of the property is unkempt and laden with trash, including the parking area in front of rooms 2&3 where a difficult to spot, exposed, rusted metal bracket juts from the ground. We weren't entirely without hot water, but it must be rationed quite tightly and this should be something the property notifies the guests of. Total lack of standardization in the kitchen, with my friend's room having such and such utensils/cups, and mine lacking those things; for example, there's a kettle but no heat-resistant cups (ceramic) with which to drink coffee or tea. They wanted VND 100,000 to clean dishes, which is not unfair, but the implication is that they are not responsible for clean dishes for the subsequent guest, as such, we noticed quite a bit of our cutlery/crockery/etc... was dirty and had to be washed before use. There is no snack bar or common area. The included breakfast is instant noodles.
