Very good service, they were very helpful when it came to leaving the luggage after check out - tho it was left in the kitchen common for 3 rooms, we got extra keys to access the kitchen at any time.
Nice little bathroom, okay room. Great location just around Termini Station.
You could hear everything through the walls, otherwise no problem

Friendly staff, clean room, complimentary water bottles, great location just around the corner from Termini.
Bed was a bit hard and TV was too small. There were no special channels at all and all in Italian. I mentioned it to the staff that a bigger TV with perhaps youtube would really help in that little space.
